PRINCIPAL'S GUIDELINES FOR THE NEW APPOINTMENTS

In his address, Principal Brigadier Aimal Khan, the Chief Guest of the Investiture ceremony insisted upon following main guidelines to the new Appointment Cadets. Principal’s Guidelines for the New Appointments 1. Appointments are not just rewards for your past performance; they are a solemn entrustment of the college’s standards. 2. Be the guardians of the decorum and SOPs of the College. 3. Be the mentors and Guides of your juniors. 4. Leadership is not about the power you exercise over others, but the influence you have on them. 5. Build your juniors through the discipline that is firm, fair and focused on growth 6. Uphold discipline without mistreatment. 7. True discipline is rooted in respect, not fear. 8. You cannot demand integrity if you lack it. 9. Your character becomes the character of your juniors. 10. You are now the blueprint for the “Ideal Cadet”.
